What to do with Winter Squash

This week's new food is Hubbard squash, a type of winter squash. We love growing many types of winter squash in the garden, but usually around this time of year I get a little worried because I have a basement full of winter squash and not enough recipes to use them in.

Here's some ideas that I found to get my wheels turning! Maybe they'll inspire you as well! The nice thing about these recipes is that you could probably change up the squash types in them - except maybe the spaghetti squash ones - because they have such a distinct texture.
